There are no minimum or maximum participation levels required in order for Summit Health to provide services to a site. Summit Health charges an additional fee if there are fewer than 30 participants within four hours per site. Clients choose to do the onsite health screenings when they have fewer than 30 employees because a health screening may be required for health plan eligibility.
