Summit Health’s clinical department tracks all company licenses and certifications to ensure currency and compliance with changing state and federal regulations.

Simplified Pricing

Summit Health’s pricing is set per participant and does not include hidden costs for travel, program management, permits, shipping, and so on. This simplified pricing allows our clients to accurately determine a budget for their programs.

Health Claims Processing

Summit Health works with all major health plans to bill our services through claims and defined CPT codes. These claims are submitted electronically through a central clearinghouse and managed by the Summit Health proprietary claims system.

Data Storage and Security

Summit Health has a dedicated server hosted at a secure SAS 70 Type II facility. The facility is a high-security hosting center with armed security guards, state-of-the-art firewall, redundancy, and daily off-site backup. Summit Health’s IT systems have been reviewed in detail for security and HIPAA compliance by the nation’s leading health plans and pharmaceutical companies.
